Editorial policy
Curious Coaching Guide aims to explain coaching ideas with care and without promising that a particular question, habit or conversation will produce a particular result.
Accuracy and care
We check wording and reasoning before publication, distinguish a general explanation from a claim about an individual, and avoid presenting personal development ideas as medical or other professional advice. Readers should not rely on this publication for urgent, clinical or specialist support.
Independence
Editorial choices are made for relevance to the subject and usefulness to readers. A commercial relationship does not buy a favourable editorial conclusion, and partner material is kept distinct from independent editorial writing.
Corrections
If you spot a factual error, unclear explanation or missing qualification, use the Contact page and describe the passage and concern. We review correction requests and amend material when warranted, making significant changes clear to readers.
Partners and illustrations
Paid placements and other partner material are labelled so readers can tell what they are reading. Some illustrations may be AI-generated; where relevant, the image caption or accompanying note will say so.
Good coaching makes room for thought
A conversation need not rush towards a fix. Careful listening and a well-chosen question can help someone see their own next step more clearly.
